These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the MYNE website, mobile application and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Service operator: MYNE is currently operated by CleverChamp Private Limited (“MYNE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. Eligibility and accounts
MYNE is designed primarily for college students. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a form, keep your account information up to date and use the Services in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes attempting to disrupt or compromise the platform, accessing another person’s account, using bots or unauthorised tools to manipulate quizzes, scores, streaks or leaderboards, submitting false information, harassing other users, infringing intellectual property or using the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
3. Community content and conduct
You are responsible for content and information that you submit, upload or share through MYNE. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, threatening, infringing or otherwise inappropriate. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share any content you submit. We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached.
4. Quizzes, points, streaks and leaderboards
Quizzes, daily activities, points, streaks, rankings and other engagement features are provided for participation and entertainment or community engagement. We may update the rules, scoring methods, availability or eligibility criteria of these features. We may correct scores or disqualify activity that appears automated, fraudulent, manipulated or inconsistent with the applicable rules.
5. Rewards and coupons
Where offered, rewards, offers and coupons are subject to their stated conditions, availability, validity period, redemption limits and the terms of the relevant brand or merchant. A reward may be withdrawn, substituted or become unavailable where necessary, including due to partner restrictions, stock, technical issues or suspected misuse. MYNE does not guarantee that a particular reward will always be available. Third-party merchants are responsible for their own products, services and fulfilment.
6. Intellectual property
The MYNE name, branding, software, design, text, graphics and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit our materials or Services except where permitted by law or with our prior written permission.
7. Third-party services and links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, offers or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, products or fulfilment. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature or part of the Services from time to time. We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, updates or changes without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to all or part of the Services if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created risk for users or the platform, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion and related personal-data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Services will meet every expectation, that information will always be complete or current, or that every error will be corrected. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MYNE and CleverChamp Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill, or losses arising from third-party products, services or offers. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the Services or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts with competent jurisdiction in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Services.
